PrimeSafe Stain Remover

Introducing PrimeSafe Stain Remover, the ultimate solution for removing corrosion, stains, limescale, and discolouration from surgical instruments. This manual soak product is specially formulated with a powerful combination of ingredients, including 7.5% phosphoric acid, 7.5% citric acid, 5% solvent, and surfactant.

To use, simply dilute the concentrated solution by 12.5% or 125ml with 1L of hot water, using a dosing pump with five pumps. It is important to ensure the water temperature exceeds 50°C. Then, place the pre-cleaned and rinsed instruments into the solution while still warm, allowing them to soak for 15 minutes. After soaking, remove the instruments, thoroughly rinse them, and ensure they are completely dry before proceeding with sterilisation.

PrimeSafe Stain Remover is highly concentrated, providing an effective and efficient solution for stain removal. However, please note that the diluted solution is for single-use only, and it should be discarded immediately after each use.
