PrimeSafe OPA

The PrimeSafe OPA, is the premier solution for high-level disinfection and sterilisation of medical instruments. This chemical instrument disinfectant/sterilant contains 0.55% Ortho-phthalaldehyde, fortified with a corrosion inhibitor, specifically designed for manual soaking applications. With a contact time range of 5 – 60 minutes, it efficiently eliminates pathogens and ensures safe and sterile instruments.

The usage is simple and straightforward – fully immerse disassembled, pre-cleaned, rinsed, and dried instruments in the solution for up to 60 minutes. PrimeSafe OPA is a ready-to-use formula, eliminating the need for any dilution.

For optimal performance, we recommend changing the liquid every 14-21 days or immediately if MEC Test Strips indicate an active content of less than 0.5%, or if the liquid changes colour.
