PrimeSafe Instrument Milk

PrimeSafe Instrument Milk is the ideal combined lubricant and preservative solution for hinged or moving-joint instruments. This product features a paraffin oil and silicone lubricant emulsification with added preservative, ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of your instruments.

To use, simply dilute the concentrated solution by 10% or 100ml with 1L of water, using a dosing pump with four pumps. Then, dip or immerse the pre-cleaned and rinsed instruments in the solution before packaging or sterilisation.

PrimeSafe Instrument Milk is perfect for bulk immersion reprocessing, offering an effective way to maintain instrument functionality and cleanliness. You can use the diluted solution for up to 7 days, after which it should be discarded, and a fresh solution should be prepared.
