Flat Sterillisation Reel

The Flat Sterilisation Reel, is designed for dependable sterilisation of medical instruments. Made from blue-tinted medical grade paper and tear-resistant film weighing 60 gsm, it offers strong protection. This reel features indicators for Steam and EO Gas sterilisation, with all markings outside to prevent ink contamination.

Water-based, non-toxic indicators ensure accurate results and meet CE, EN868-5, and SANS 50868-5 standards. It seals securely with visible lines, opens cleanly without fibres, and works with all sealing machines. Triple seals maintain sterility, while reinforced film prevents tearing during opening, ideal for maintaining sterile conditions in medical settings.

Available in 8 different width sizes, all reels come in 200m lengths, providing versatility and reliability for medical sterilisation processes.
