Type 5 Integrating Indicator
The Type 5 Integrating Indicators ensure thorough monitoring of sterilisation processes by checking steam, temperature, and time in trays or other selected locations. A correct colour change appears only when all parameters are met, based on the behaviour of biological indicators. These indicators can be independently checked with different sterile barrier systems within a batch. The Steam Integrating Indicator verifies sterilisation parameters within the load, featuring three stated values and a clear fail and acceptance bar for easy grading by the end-user.
